HI, all:
I'm Feng Gao, an undergraduate student in Beijing, China. This time, I proposed a potential project named" Semantic-based Context-aware Personalized News Reader System for Mameo" on the maemo GSOC sites. I hope anyone in the community can give me some suggestions on this project and help me to successful apply for GSOC 2009. Thanks
The proposal I wrote is here: "Semantic-based Context-aware Personalized News Reader System for Maemo"
The paper I wrote is also available, but you should send me(gaofeng860918 at gmail.com) a letter to get the invitation to view it: "InfoSlim: An Ontology-Content Based Personalized Mobile News Recommendation System"(it's still in submission)
PS: before I submitted my paper to Wicom09, my surpervisor ask me to revise the project name. So you see, the News@Sprite disapper and the InfoSlim replace it. But I think I still love the former name, so I will simply remove "@" and use NewsSprite to name my GSOC project The Previous Project I have done: " A Multimedia Service Platform on N800"
( Notice:You maybe can not use this application without the support from our lab's local server.)
