Title:	plasma: containment-mouse interaction
Abstract:	In KDE3, there were a few useful menus users could have pop up when they clicked on the desktop with different mouse buttons. I want to bring this to KDE4/plasma by writing a plugin framework and some plugins that can be assigned to mouse events.
