Title:	Turn Kopete chat window into a library
Abstract:	Kopete has a powerful chat window with support for Adium themes and with many other features such as spell checking. This is a powerful component that could be reused for other programs that require similar functionality, such as multiplayer games, local chat (talk) and plasmoids. Instead of reinventing the wheel, those programs could reuse the Kopete chat window component. In its current state, it is too tied to Kopete needs and it should refactored to be used as a standalone component.
